About the Event
Let the open space of Wakamatsu enhance our overall wellness via movement exercises. Instructor Gigi Tze-yue Hu is a semi-retired Asian Studies educator and author. She offers Tai Chi – Qigong classes to select community groups. Ages 8+ welcome with adult. No prior experience is required. Contact ARC to sign up, and for meeting location (Placerville/Gold Hill area).
